I’m a One80 Practitioner and a triathlete myself. I help by identifying the root cause of your issue. Then I provide solutions that reverse your problem and relate to your training.

This means getting back to training faster, strategies to prevent the same injury from coming back, and making what your injury is stopping you from doing PART of your recovery process.
